Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

always experienced anxiety when asked to speak in a large group. As part of my role I am expected to participate in meetings or similar situations and I have found myself becoming increasingly anxious when ‘put on the spot’. Communication Coaching

Good communication skills are vital for a healthy, productive, and happy life.

Being a good communicator helps us convey our thoughts and feelings more clearly. This, in turn, helps us establish better relationships both personally and professionally. Unfortunately, many people struggle with this skill.

Communication problems can arise for many reasons. Language barriers, confidence issues, and even bad experiences communicating in the past can all handicap our ability to convey information to others effectively.
