WHY IS COACHING A GOOD IDEA?

Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

Allison Boyce Talent Acquisition Adviser ? Hands-on Recruiter ? Company Evangelist ? August 24, 2010, Allison worked with Lynne in different groups Sometimes when I count my blessings, I count meeting Lynne twice. I am deep into the next chapter after Deloitte. I am grateful to have Lynne to look back on as a gift and an angel while I was there. Lynne worked with me on all of the executive assessments that were available to me and how to develop a working plan to execute what I needed to do next. More importantly Lynne let me think non-linearly about what I needed to do professionally which ultimately affected me deeply. I am looking forward to working with her as an Executive Coach again. She is a treasure.
It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Scott Mooney for both individual and commercial coaching requirements. Scott and I have been working together since November 2016 and began our coaching sessions by establishing a clear vision of the next three months and definable objectives for which I became daily and then weekly accountable. Advising Scott of any challenges I might have experienced and updates on related progress alone the way. Of course continuous monitoring was conducted by Scott. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Scott and have extended his coaching services into 2017. Came to know him as a truly valuable individual. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly dedicated to his client’s growth especially when it involves a holistic outlook. Beyond that, he is an impressive problem solver who is always able to address complex issues with a success strategy and confidence. At the same time prompting his client into the right direction to obtain said solutions independently. Scott is inspired by challenges, and never intimidated by them. Along with his undeniable talent in connecting on all the important levels with his clients, he always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of each session I have had with him. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Scott to join you in your journey of new discovery. Catherine e’ S Executive & Project Management Assistant for CEO of ******
Jim Cathcart is one of the most impressive people I've had the opportunity to work with. I assisted him at one of his superb presentations and it changed my life. Sounds like hype, but it's true. Among other things, our new friendship resulted in sharing authorship of a business book published by McGraw-Hill. Jim is able to craft a presentation so that, in addition to being entertaining and highly educational, it comes together with eloquent structure. All the elements of the talk are so well integrated that, at the end, the audience is often stunned by Jim's excellence on the platform. Most important, Jim is so generous with his talents and skills that anyone in his circle is destined to enjoy becoming more like him--expansive, transformative and fully life-loving.

Mitch has given me the confidence to put myself first, and my performance at work has been better because of it. Managing my work-life balance has allowed me to focus on what’s important to me, have “me time” again, and I am better at what I do because of it. I used to get anxious about my emails all day – now I barely worry about them because of what Mitch taught me. Now I am better able to prioritize at work and at home, leaving me with less stress at the end of the day.

Executive Coaching

Becoming an executive is no easy task. Many people work and strive for years in their quest to land an executive position. Having this type of position offers many benefits. It presents a way for a worker to show off their managerial and corporate skills, helping entire organizations grow and thrive. These positions also usually provide higher pay and better benefits than jobs below the executive level.

While executive positions are lucrative, landing them is not easy. Many people turn to executive coaching to help them achieve this kind of lucrative job.

Even if a person has a great degree, plenty of work experience, and an impressive portfolio, there is usually fierce competition on the executive level. Coaches can help job-seekers understand what companies look for in executives, and how to improve their chances of getting the position they’re looking for.

Getting an executive position can sometimes mean gaining new experience, further education, or even working with a new company entirely. Coaches know that every person’s situation is unique, and their individualized approach to helping prospective-executives ensures each individual gets the right solutions for their need.

Being an executive can be rewarding, fulfilling, and lucrative. Working with a coach can improve anyone’s chances of achieving this position.
