WHY IS COACHING A GOOD IDEA?

Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

Over the years, I have hired many speakers, sales trainers, authors and motivational experts . . . and I am talking about some of the best in the business. However, after hiring Jim Cathcart for a speaking engagement at a seminar in Chicago in the spring of 1979 he became a frequent guest speaker at other seminars and conventions across the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. I have seen long-term results from his inspirational and educational messages far beyond what I have witnessed from any of the others over the years. Jim indeed practices what he preaches. If you're looking for a man capable of teaching and entertaining your group there is, in my opinion, none better. PERIOD.

Nicole has been the best mentor and life coach I could ask for. Unlike others, Nicole never pressures me into a decision. She provides insight, after asking for permission, and asks questions for me to find the right path. From what I’ve experienced, this is better for long-term growth and better for development. Nicole gives you permission to experience your emotions and encourages you to leave room for discovery. By rooting herself in facts and neuroscience, you learn through osmosis ways to better react to a range of situations. I highly recommend Nicole Gravagna, PhD, to anyone looking to explore themselves and grow into their fullest self.

“I feel like a hero to my Board of Directors thanks to you. Your confidentiality is much appreciated and your suggested changes to our approach with the new structure to handle the referral pass-through have worked so well that we needed to put 5 new associates in place, thank you again.”

We strive to become better, more effective leaders. In doing so, we pore over the latest books, sit through empowerment seminars and travel vast recesses of the internet, hoping to find the wisdom, confidence and sparks of vision we’ve come to believe constitute the hallmarks of good leadership. All well and good; but amid this frenetic search we sometimes lose our way, forgetting that the journey toward authentic and meaningful leadership must also take us inward; quietly yet ever so persistently, we must do the work to discover who we are as a person before we truly can learn whom we might be as a leader. Lovingly, expertly, and on many occasions, Karah has coached others along this path of self-discovery. Many a skeptic has voiced apprehension over engaging in such personal focus. But then, and only because of Karah’s deft hand as a coach and, most importantly, genuine desire to be your friend, they have quickly realized the puissance of their own leadership potential, which they could have found through no other way than by braving self-intimacy.

Eris is a great trainer. He knows exactly how to motivate and empower people. He challenged the belief systems of everyone and created a strong cohesion team. We have all reached a new level of motivation and performance. As a team leader, he also taught me how to maximize individual and team potential. Thanks a lot, Eric !
― Nathalie, B, Paris
My work with Jerome has been essential in terms of: A. making me realise my value and potential B. gaining height when approaching challenging situations C. projecting myself into the next steps I was able to take clear stands, share my opinion more confidently and impact meetings at a higher level. Jerome gave me enough space so I could point out the issue and solve them. I managed to free myself from self-judgement, and started focusing on my strengths. And I eventually found my main drivers. As part of my role I have had to attend meetings with some of the most selective firms and interact with professionals with the most outstanding academics, working for tier-1 firms. I definitely got more comfortable thanks to my coaching sessions with Jerome. I highly recommend working with him to anyone who is looking to achieve full potential.

Executive Coaching

Becoming an executive is no easy task. Many people work and strive for years in their quest to land an executive position. Having this type of position offers many benefits. It presents a way for a worker to show off their managerial and corporate skills, helping entire organizations grow and thrive. These positions also usually provide higher pay and better benefits than jobs below the executive level.

While executive positions are lucrative, landing them is not easy. Many people turn to executive coaching to help them achieve this kind of lucrative job.

Even if a person has a great degree, plenty of work experience, and an impressive portfolio, there is usually fierce competition on the executive level. Coaches can help job-seekers understand what companies look for in executives, and how to improve their chances of getting the position they’re looking for.

Getting an executive position can sometimes mean gaining new experience, further education, or even working with a new company entirely. Coaches know that every person’s situation is unique, and their individualized approach to helping prospective-executives ensures each individual gets the right solutions for their need.

Being an executive can be rewarding, fulfilling, and lucrative. Working with a coach can improve anyone’s chances of achieving this position.
