WHY IS COACHING A GOOD IDEA?

Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

"Prior to the coaching sessions I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress in my life due to the lack of communication and the frustrating relationship I was having with my 17 years old son. This challenging situation had a lot of impact on my health and well-being I felt overwhelmed by what is going on, very frustrated and helpless. The coaching sessions helped me learn how to make my son communicate with me again, how to share his feelings and frustrations and envision what he likes to do in the future. I learned from my coach how to ask open-ended questions that prompt a discussion and even sometimes an argument. Hence the relationship has improved. There was a shift from “no communication “ to “better communication” and today I feel much more at ease and there is more harmony in our household. I am so grateful for all the help I could get from my coach, and I think my biggest breakthrough was to be able to reach for my son again and reestablish the parent-son relationship that I felt I had lost at some point. The ongoing support and guidance helped me improve myself in ways I didn’t think of before and my biggest shift has been that I was able to change my perspectives and expectations to being more open and understanding . Thank you Morgan for everything you have done for me, it was a great pleasure knowing you and working with you."

Dr. Hill helped me explore my feelings around purposely having a child later in life and being a single mother. It seemed like an overwhelming undertaking, yet I didn't want to miss out on having a child just because I hadn't found my life partner yet. Dr. Hill helped me separate the real issues from the imagined ones, and move forward on my dream to have a child. I have found my courage, and have put my dreams in motion.
Go see Chloe before you decide to end your relationship or your marriage. Go see her before you decide to call a divorce lawyer. My wife and I had gone to couples counseling and we had zero results. We weren't sure what to do. I found Chloe and she helped me to overcome the issues I was having with my wife. She helped my wife transform her life and she's been more loving than before. She gave us our romance back...our spark back. We'll be celebrating our 11th anniversary next month and it's because she showed us what we couldn't see. She saved my marriage and she saved my life.

Mitch is very warm, caring and uplifting. My husband and I found our session with him very helpful. Mitch communicated his thoughts and experiences with us very clearly and after our session, we felt renewed and inspired. It was more of a coaching session than counseling, however it was just what we needed. We are looking forward to seeing Mitch again.

Go see Dr. Peary (Dr. Jodi) before you decide to end your relationship. Definitely, see her before you hire a lawyer. We had gone to couples counseling but that never worked. All we did was rehash old grievances. I started doing coaching with Dr. Jodi. She helped me to seperate the legal, emotional, and fiancial issues we were facing while deciding what to do, stay together or divorce. She helped me to create a highly detailed 3-month plan that protected my wife and I while we took steps to give it a last try. We just celebrated our 23rd anniversary and I have no doubt that if I had not worked with Dr. Jodi I would be divorced now. She helped me to help my wife and I to save our marriage.
Roxanne Davidson is an excellent Coach. I was having numerous family and ADD problems. She helped me realize that I was not the cause of my Family’s problems and how to handle it better. We made a plan of 4 months to work on this and my ADD/ ADHD which was making it so hard to focus. Through that 4 months I really practiced everything I was taught and am doing much better. I still have some problems with my family but have gotten through so many. My ADD/ADHD is a lot better and I am able to focus more on everything. I still have some work to do. Roxanne and I have made another plan to get everything even better. I would completely recommend Roxanne, she is an inspirationL and incredible Coach. Sheila M

Family Coaching

Family is one of the most important things in life. The bonds we have with those we are closest to play a big role in our mood and our quality of life.

Disagreements and disputes with family members are sometimes unavoidable. In some cases, the demands of life can cause us to grow apart from our family. Even if the relationship is intact but only strained, it can be hard to know how to improve things.

In order to get the type of positive family relationships that benefit everyone involved, many people turn to coaches for help.

Coaches offer a valuable third-party perspective into the complex area that is family relationships. Family coaching can be useful as the professional insight of these coaches can help us discover strategies for growing closer to family.

When we have better relationships with our family, it becomes easier to view them as a pillar of support and love. We can also learn how to fill this same role for our family members, effectively creating bonds that uplift everyone involved.

There are few things more frustrating than having family problems we can’t resolve, even if it’s merely a relationship that isn’t as good as it could be. No matter how big or small the problem, coaches can help any family.

What I most appreciated about working with Lynn Saboe was her ability to listen and effectively challenge me to develop executable plans that fit my style and experience, and to implement these plans in just two months. Thanks to her support, the quality and speed of my transition was substantially enhanced.

Zsofia Juhasz is an accomplished coach, who uses powerful questions to help her client move forward. She is empathetic without being soft, she is strong without being tough. She is also adept at listening for changes in energy levels, and celebrating when she hears a positive change. Adept at using imagery to help reframe perspectives, and visualisation to create positive goals, she skillfully guides her client to the end goal. I highly recommend her services.
