?"I have been struggling for many years with up and down energy. I wasn't aware that I had developed adrenal fatigue as a result of complex PTSD. This biochemical imbalance had meant that I would crash and burn periodically. Sheryl, you have been the most responsive and engaging as well as just plain likable. I am spending more time engaged with family.
