Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

"I decided to go all in and do the Full Program with Parker and it is the single most worthwhile investment I have ever made. My main challenges before meeting Cath were to gain weight and to allow myself freedom of mind, I was very stuck with my own routines and my own behaviour patterns. Gaining Weight

While some people struggle to lose weight, others have a problem putting it on.

The reality for many people is that they’re much lighter than they’d like to be. Being underweight can cause a person to lack energy. It can also impact their self-confidence and even lead to health problems. Those who have never dealt with these kinds of issues may think it’s as simple as eating more. But those who have problems gaining weight know it is not nearly this easy.

Professional coaches can help people create strategies to gain weight and keep it on. They do this by understanding the individual’s situation and the factors that stop them from maintaining a healthy weight.

Everyone’s health and circumstances are different. While one-size-fits-all solutions claim to help people reach their ideal weight, a personalized approach is much more effective. Coaches can assess an individual’s genetic and personal circumstances, offering insight as to the strategies they’ll need to change things.
