Congratulations! You’re prolly wondering why in the world the review of a business or service starts with that word but I think you’ll understand soon enough. The most important and resounding thing that always pops into my mind when I think about this journey is the “Decision” word. The fact you’re reading this review means that you made a decision and that decision is potentially the first in a big list of decisions you’ll have to make in order to feel all the feels of increased health and wellness. Super cool stuff. Great job, you’re doing SO well already. April is a really special person and somebody that I have a lot of gratitude and respect for. She has a tailored personal approach and is a great healer. Her knowledge seems to be endless in this field, she’s on point with all of her suggestions, and isn’t afraid to ask some of the questions that you’re going to need to answer if you want to get better. This journey you’re hopefully about to embark on with April has the potential to change your entire life for the better if you’re willing to put in the work. I am sorry to break it to you but it’s not specifically easy. April can’t actually DO it for you, and you will have to work at it, but she definitely makes it waaayyy easier than going it alone I worked with April for six months or so and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I started doing yoga on the reg, tried Reiki therapy for the first time (which is super cool), developed better meditation and gratitude practices, learned a LOT about myself, created way better personal awareness about food and diet, and made solid long-standing changes in my personal life. I’m forever indebted to April for everything she introduced me to and everything she still adds to my life. So basically, April is really awesome at what she does. I couldn't complete a diet to save my life before working with Karolina! I tried every diet under the sun and no matter what after a few days I'd have a bad day at work or have a strong craving and bam that was the end of that diet. Karolina listened to my concerns and created a tailored program not only for my goal, but with my weaknesses, and struggles in mind. She knew that I wouldn't be an easy client so she made sure to talk to me EVERYDAY for the first couple of weeks. If I slipped up she didn't make me feel ashamed or guilty. Instead, so walked through my day with me and told me where my triggers were happening that were causing me to cave into my cravings. She then worked with me to find ways of avoiding those triggers. Not all could be avoided (I had a couple of really rough days at work), but in those instances she worked through the frustrations I had and taught me how to cope in those moments since they were unavoidable. I'm proud to say I completed the Whole 30 diet and it feels amazing! Karolina was really there for me when I needed her and like a parent teach their kid to ride a bike, she slowly let go as I started to feel more in control and comfortable handling it on my own.
