The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

If someone were to look at me today, they would have no idea that a year ago I was in a really bad place and had been for a number of years. The thoughts running through my head were dark. I wasn’t sleeping. The pain in my shoulders ached constantly. My hands were shaky. I was constantly aggravated, tired, and worn out. I knew I needed help. Teresa offered me that help, and I told myself that if I didn’t take it I would still be sitting on a sinking ship a year from now…and then what? I had tried therapy, medication, vitamins, exercise, getting out more. NONE of it seemed to be working. Teresa helped me find myself again, my inner peace and helped me clear a path to my own happiness. I had no idea of the things I was holding in until she asked me some of the toughest questions that I have never even considered needed answering. Finding Derek the sleep coach was probably one of the smartest things I've ever done. Or maybe I didn't just "find him", more like I was divinely guided. I feel relaxed because he understands the situation... and after telling him, I don't have the fear. Yes, fear is not real...! Yeah, he is disappointed with that guy, but not with me, he is actually proud of me for telling him. April is an amazing coach. She's totally changed how I cook and how I look at foods (and spices) in general. Sleeping Better

Everyone needs rest, and this is never more apparent than when we experience problems sleeping.
