Natural and intuitive, forming relationships and understanding what makes people tick come naturally and easily to Julie, so coaching became an obvious career choice after working in community services.
She now specialises in working with women, parents, sole parents, young people, children and mental health (anxiety & depression) issues. Above all, she is passionate and driven to see people reaching their full potential whether it be at home, work, in relationships or personal growth.
Her approach is gentle, light-hearted, non-judgemental and patient.
Using evidence based, solution-focused coaching and encouraging holistic approaches to life, Julie brings a lot to
the table and is constantly thinking outside of the box to help achieve positive results for her clients.
