Today's culture teaches us that happiness is achieved through external solutions and quick fixes, when just the opposite is true. I believe, and have learned through my personal journey, that everything we want and desire begins with creating powerful nutritional driven health from within. Why? Because the American diet, which consists mostly of over processed foods, is leaving all of us in a serious nutritional deficit. Bottom line, most Americans consider themselves healthy, but they aren't. True health is more than wealth, it is everything!
