This 1.5-hour session is designed solely to work through creating an online profile that is an accurate reflection of who you are and what you are looking for. Working with your coach, you will explore your likes, dislikes, and personality, moving on to writing a profile that attracts quality rather than quantity. We create your headline and content using recognised methods that are proven to be effective at creating a profile that attracts the people you want it to. We finish with guidelines for online dating, including how much time to devote to it, rules for meeting up and moving forward based on being the chooser. 1 X 1.5HRS

By thoroughly exploring past patterns and relationships we uncover exactly what your needs, wants and deal-breakers are, allowing you to become the chooser based on what you know will work for you.

Conscious Dating Readiness is a 12-week program that teaches you to date with intention. Moving on from the Dating Readiness program, this program springs your dating life into action. We explore critical dating skills and create strategies for meeting people, including venue’s, online dating and friend and family referrals. You will learn how to scout, sort, screen, and test potential partners. You will discover the keys to flirting, how to make a positive first impression, introduction skills, and conversation skills. Included are recommendations for single parents, the differences between fear and love, and common dating traps. The Ideal Life program is the ultimate self-discovery program. Ideal for anyone who is feeling stuck or directionless, in this program we explore what conscious thinking is, your limiting beliefs, self-awareness and your rights as a human being. You will learn to interrupt your subconscious limited thinking, then move on to exploring the key areas of life and in a series of exercises, we examine your current life, your visions and purpose, create a profile of the experiences and feelings you want for yourself, and examine your values, relationships and personality. We then create a step by step action plan to move you towards your ideal life.
This package is designed for those who are trauma/shock victims and who have not yet found a way to collapse and clear any images/memories and resultant fears, anxieties, depression or addictions that have developed as a result of ongoing emotional and physical disturbances. The program supports clients to find freedom from addictions, obsessions, compulsions, fears, phobias, anxieties and trauma, exploring the nature of PTSD and potentially quick and simple solutions to releasing the impacts. By understanding the origins, impact and nature of shock and trauma it assists to dissipate, clean and clear at a pace and in a manner that is safe and healthy for the sufferer with gentle techniques to attain closure. 3 X 1HR SESSIONS
A Boundaries Session would help you to establish some new rules for how you would like to be treated, and have people act towards you and around you. Starting with pinpointing the aspects of your life that aren’t working for you, we explore your rights as a person, how you would like to be treated, and create a plan for sharing and standing up for your boundaries. 1 X 1.5HRS
