I am in love in with life, food, and enjoying this world and all it has to offer; my wife and I are both chefs and spend our time cooking , creating new recipes for clients (or for another cookbook), and traveling the world. I have spent my entire life obsessed with food, I wanted to be a chef for as long as I could remember, cooking with grandma at three in the kitchen, making pancakes for the family at six, cooking dinners for friends at fourteen, it has been a life long passion. The problem with food being your passion is that too much of anything is bad for you. At nineteen years old I graduated culinary school as a very proud young man, who was also unfortunately 320lbs, a heavy smoker, and in terrible shape. At twenty one I was told by my doctor that I was pre-dabetic, had extremely high blood pressure, and if I did not change my life I would be heading to an early grave. I have been studying nutrition, exercise science, and general health/longevity tactics since that day and have drastically changed my life. I am now thirty years old, 200lbs (at 6'3), I am no a longer smoker, and passed my last psychical with flying colors, it was an extremely long journey and a really lot of work to achieve these results, but it could have been a lot easier if I had better information and access to someone who could have helped me through the process.
