About Coach Cathy Johnson Campbell

My coaching to help people restore healthy eating developed out of my awareness that so many people are suffering and feeling like they've tried everything, and nothing helps. I was there once too! I struggled with disordered eating (i.e. restricting, dieting, binge eating and bulimia) for over 10 years. I recovered over 20 years ago and have never looked back. So I'm here to assure you, you haven't tried everything and you can restore your health and well being! You can do this, and I'd love to help you turn the page to the next healthy chapter in your life.


When you work with me you'll be looking at your life holistically. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life are all connected! So, although you may be suffering with disordered eating, we'll be looking at your stress management, your thought patterns, and the fun factor in your life as well as nutrient levels and a few other goodies. We'll look at what you're thinking, how you're feeling, what you're doing, and how fulfilling your life is. As you take a step toward your recovery in one area of your life (i.e. physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) you'll be pleasantly surprised to find it's helping you in every area of your life. Each sphere of our life needs good quality nourishment... and when it receives what it needs then I believe the quantity takes care of itself... cravings and the need to binge vanish, as does any need to deprive oneself.
