Client Reviews

My husband died suddenly and I was struggling with grief and feeling overwhelmed with being a single mother while facing financial challenges. Dr. Kramer helped me to work through the grief while at the same time setting goals and taking steps to address finances, helping my children cope, dealing with loneliness. I never thought I could be happy again, but I am. I am more confident, independent and in control of my life.
Dr. Rob saved my life! I had given up home of ever having anything but a miserable existence. My husband was bipolar and didn't take his medications. He was unpredictable, sometimes violent and other times wouldn't get out of bed for days. I felt like it was my obligation to take care of him and the children. Dr. Rob gave me a new perspective and helped me free the chains of guilt and helped me give myself the freedom to take charge of my life. I now have a wonderful fulfilling life. My career is booming, my children are happy and I have time for myself.
My career was on fire and I was moving up the ladder. I put everything into my jobs and felt I was neglecting my wife and my children. After all that I had done, the VCs sold the company and the new owners eliminated the management team, including myself. I had a hard time getting interview and my confidence plummeted. Dr. Rob helped my with my perspective. He helped me to identify what I was doing that was sabotaging my efforts and helped me clarify my real goals. It resulted in a career change that offered work/life balance and doing something I had passion for.
I live in a very conservative community where the religion is anti-gay. When my parents found out I am gay, they rejected me and told me they would not accept me until I changed. I knew I couldn't change who I was. I became depressed and withdrew from others. It was affecting my work because each day was harder to face. Dr. Rob helped me to realize I needed to accept myself first and even be proud of who I am. He helped me to deal with my parent's rejection and even become more open about being gay. We set goals to increase my confidence, create supportive social networks and really discover and value myself. It has been life-changing!
I had trouble with being distant in relationships. I also tended to attract men who were emotionally abusive. I was in my third marriage with a man who was kind and loving but I still remained distant and avoided intimacy. Dr. Rob helped me to understand how my being sexually abused as a child was creating an obstacle for me in my relationship. He helped me to see I was devalued myself for what had happened to me. He helped me to turn my experience into a strength. I was able to reframe my relationship with my husband and it made all of the difference in the world! Thanks Dr. Rob!
My career was stagnating. I needed help with identifying self-defeating behavior and setting up a life plan that worked for me and something I could stick to. Dr. Kramer's extensive experience as an executive was very helpful. But, most importantly, his solutions were based on my personal style - not some standard approach.
Dr. Rob has been amazing. He helped me address the rejection I suffered from my parents and my church when I came out as gay. He was patient, understanding and gave me wonderful guidance in building a new and positive lifestyle for myself and total self-acceptance. He worked with me on building confidence in dating relationships and helped me to make smart decisions in selecting a companion. I'm not longer depressed and instead of feeling guilty, I am proud of myself!
After my second child, I gained a lot of weight and two years I was 40 pounds overweight. I hated the way I looked and it affected my confidence and my interest in sex with my husband. Dr. Rob helped me to realize my own personal value and self-acceptance. Before I lost any weight people told me that I looked better. I carried my self more proudly and it seemed to reflect in how I looked. Then, Dr. Rob helped me to find my own reasons - my personal motivation to lose weight. Then, we set simple steps to change health habits. Once I conquered one, we added another. Wishing 6 months, I lost most of the weight. Most importantly, I created new habits and a new lifestyle that is permanent and much more satisfying than before. I wish I hadn't waited so long!
