Hi there, my name is Samantha Amit, and I have committed my life to helping others be the best versions of themselves. I know how daunting challenges can seem when we are facing them, and too often it seems like we just dont have the tools to deal. I am here to tell you: we always have the tools to deal. My specialty is in equipping people for all challenges and guiding them toward brighter futures that they themselves create through experimenting with and practicing new habits. I am an eclectic coach using mindfulness, productivity strategies like GTD (getting things done - the art of stress free productivity), emotional intelligence, and positive psychology techniques.
