When sending me an initial message please include answers to the following questions:
What's your struggle?
What is your struggle costing you (emotionally, physically, financially) ?
Whats your goal and what would you like to accomplish through coaching?
Why is this goal important to you and how do you think you would feel once you accomplish it?
What actions have you been taking to reach your goal as of today and whats the outcome (what worked, what didnt?) ?
What has prevented you from taking action as of now?
What do you need?
Whats your budget range for coaching?
Are you willing to commit to change in order to get the results you are seeking? (In order for coaching to work you need to be willing to commit and to put in the work. No one else will do that for you)
What do you currently do?

These information allow me a first impression to see if we are a good match or not. If I believe that I cant help you or that we are not a good match, I will let you know.

Coaching process overview - What's next:
1. Send me a message incl. answers to a few introductory questions as stated above.
2. I will get back asap potentially with some more questions to clarify your situation. If you are eligible for coaching with me and we find that we are a good match for each other I will then help you choose the best coaching plan/option for your specific needs.
3. We will start coaching & move towards your goal until you are where you want to be. You are not obligated to stay in a coaching plan for a set time frame but I do require your full commitment to our coaching sessions, what we discuss, that you are willing to take action and are willing to adapt to change.

Who do you coach, what requirements do you have for eligibility?
Its not important to me whether you are female or male, how old you are (18+) or where you are from. Whats important is how committed you are to the process; how badly you want to change something in your life. When the commitment of the client meets the expertise of the coach, there is nothing that cannot be achieved.
My clients work with me because they are ready to go to the next level. They are ready to step out of their comfort zone and go for success. It doesnt matter if its a general life goal, a lifestyle change, health improvements, social issues or if its business/career related.
What type of coaching plan/option is best for me?
There are different types of coaching plans/options. Ask yourself: Am I more comfortable talking to my coach/mentor on the phone, through a video conference or rather through texting? If you rather text than being on the phone, and/or it comes more handy especially if you are very busy and/or travel much and its easier for you to check and reply to text based messages it might be a better fit for you to choose a weekly or monthly unlimited messaging plan. On the other hand, many people prefer to actually "talk" rather than text. Its entirely up to and your needs. Of course, you can also switch to a different plan any time or simply book calls and play it by ear. If you are looking for/need accountability its definitely advisable to enter a plan.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes, I do. No one is the same and therefore I often offer different options I have not listed here to clients I have done the initial consultation with. A coach and mentor should never be someone who just tries to sell you something, Im here to help you get what you are looking for and you will achieve that if you are truly committed and willing to put in the work. No same plan will ever work for every person therefore I will adjust them according to your needs.
What are your EST working hours?
In the Eastern Standard Time zone, Im available from Mo-Fr between 10 am - 8 pm and Sat from 10 am - 3 pm. In certain situations and for very urgent matters I will be available outside of those hours, especially if you live in a different time zone. I strive to be available to you when you need me.
