With over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have helped several clients reach their fitness goals and improve their health and lifestyles.
I use a holistic approach for women who needs guidance, motivation and support with exercise, nutrition and making healthy lifestyle changes to help reach their goals.
Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coaching can help you adapta healthier lifestyle and more positive mind-set. It takes at least 21 days to change bad habits and 8-12 weeks to make significant changes and/or improvements in our lives. Bare in mind that everyone is different. Changes might happen faster for some and slower for others.
I use unique and effective coaching techniques that will give you the results you desire as fast as possible!
Coaching can be used for-
To improve health and fitness
Fatigue, low energy (mentally andphysically)
Lack of motivation
Emotional eating/binge eating
What to expect-
After our free consultation, we'll define your goals and the challenges that could stand in your way. Then we will outline the steps you will need to take to achieve those goals. You'll have homework assignments- things to think about or do between coaching sessions to work toward your goals. As your coach, I will be offering support and guidance along the way. And you will be held accountable for achieving your goals!
Coaching usually lasts a few months or longer. The time frame depends on how often we meet and what you're hoping to accomplish. Results vary depending on each individual. Additional sessions may be required to reach a personal goal.
