My passion is helping clients improve health and wellness by modifying unhelpful mindsets. Behind all our unhealthy habits and patterns, there is a negative/limiting belief, outdated mode of thinking, or counter-productive self-talk holding us back. Working with me, clients will uncover these things from within and build new, positive, and productive mindsets to achieve improved and lasting health and wellness.
I often employ mindfulness techniques, meditation practices, journaling tools, as well as filling in gaps in education and understanding. This is especially useful in helping clients understand how their negative beliefs, stress, and negative self-talk are harming their health.
