Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

She helped me focus my way out of some very depressing or disappointing places, with my business and my life. I started working with Paula when I was organising my wedding. I was stressed, needed to lose weight and was lacking energy. Of course I was on a deadline but any plan had to fit my complicated schedules, the fact that I am out of the house most of the day with my patients and have a family to take care of. We had an initial consultation (not a quick chat but a conversation where she asked about my goals, my likes, feelings, hopes…everything and more) and from then on we spoke once a week. She even sent me almost daily messages, reminders and milestones to look forward to. She shared recipes, modifications and exercises. Paula made it happen! Congratulations! You’re prolly wondering why in the world the review of a business or service starts with that word but I think you’ll understand soon enough. The journey to increased health and wellness is not an easy one and takes lots of time, dedication, will-power and a billion other thoughts and emotions and things...alllllllll of the things. The most important and resounding thing that always pops into my mind when I think about this journey is the “Decision” word. The fact you’re reading this review means that you made a decision and that decision is potentially the first in a big list of decisions you’ll have to make in order to feel all the feels of increased health and wellness. Super cool stuff. Great job, you’re doing SO well already. April is a really special person and somebody that I have a lot of gratitude and respect for. She has a tailored personal approach and is a great healer. Her knowledge seems to be endless in this field, she’s on point with all of her suggestions, and isn’t afraid to ask some of the questions that you’re going to need to answer if you want to get better. This journey you’re hopefully about to embark on with April has the potential to change your entire life for the better if you’re willing to put in the work. I am sorry to break it to you but it’s not specifically easy. April can’t actually DO it for you, and you will have to work at it, but she definitely makes it waaayyy easier than going it alone I worked with April for six months or so and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I started doing yoga on the reg, tried Reiki therapy for the first time (which is super cool), developed better meditation and gratitude practices, learned a LOT about myself, created way better personal awareness about food and diet, and made solid long-standing changes in my personal life. I’m forever indebted to April for everything she introduced me to and everything she still adds to my life. So basically, April is really awesome at what she does. If you’re serious about making positive changes in your life that will enhance EVERY aspect of it, I would strongly suggest that you do the free initial consult with April and see where it goes from there. It sounds cliche but you don't really know what you're capable of until someone helps show it to you. Jared helped change my life for the better. I was a professional athlete who trained my whole life for my sport, and then I got cut before I was really able to make a career of it. Things got really weird for me for a while, i got depressed and I stopped being motivated. I ended up doing some odds and ends jobs and ended up settling for selling gym memberships for minimum wage. I was miserable. And my wife was miserable because she'd see me miserable. After I started talking with Jared, things changed. It was like a night and day difference. It wasn't just some positive thinking feel good advice. It was actual stuff that worked and made sense and was very practical and eye opening for me. No exaggeration - within about 3 weeks to a month of speaking with Jared over the phone, I had quit my minimum wage job and had set up my own personal business doing training and diet programs for my former sport. And the craziest part is I started making 5x the amount of money as when I was working full time, and now I was working from home!
