Basically I want to help you with one of 3 things (Or all 3 things, that would be great too)
First off, finding your inner superhero. We all have had moments in life where crap hits the fan and we kill it. We face up to the hardest thing we have ever done, and come off like a champion. Other times we get bowled over by minor inconveniences. I want you spending as much time as your superhero self and as little time as possible as your sucky side.
Live your life with real intent. I want to show you how to really truly enjoy your life, and get into each moment. This is mindfulness, gratitude, and just learning to get into all your moments of life.
Fight through depression. I had depression in my past and worked very hard to comes to terms with it and honestly beat it. If you want someone who is really going to show you a way to get away from depression and not tell you just to live with it the rest of your life, I may be your guy. I really do believe it is possible to overcome depression if you are willing to go through some difficult things.
