For the past 10 years, I have been wanting to start a meditation practice. I tried a couple a times on my own using the apps I downloaded and it felt great. I even bought the membership to Headspace. However, it never became a part of my life. I started resenting myself for not meditating and even for paying for the membership that I was not using! I found Kathy through referral and decided to try Mindfulness meditation. After 6 sessions in almost 2 months, she has helped me build a habit of pausing and checking with my brain, gut, and body. A habit I did not have before and I feel so good about it! I can see how I am shifting from reacting to responding when I am triggered at work.

Dallaa has a new way to coaching. I found it really interesting that she asked me for my date of birth and any physical symptoms I was feeling on a regular basis. Through the sessions, Dallaa helped me build a new life that was in alignment with my personality hence the date of birth. She also helped me to take a look at my thought processes. I was dealing with burnout and depression at work, and general anxiety with my personal situation with my family. My outlook on life was quite bleak, and nothing would hold my attention for very long. My health and happiness were low, and I had body image issues from being overweight due to stress-induced eating. With Su's help, I was able to rekindle my connection with my life, and bring a sense of joy, gratitude, and purpose to all of my daily activities. She gently guided me to the realization that I need to do things that I feel truly passionate about, and that there is no fear or shame in making choices that lead me to genuine fulfillment. I greatly enjoyed our sessions together. Su took the time to learn my unique story, and worked with my specific situation. While she bases her work on a few key fundamentals, she does not employ a cookie-cutter approach to coaching. She took the time to make herself available outside of our sessions via email or phone, to ensure I had everything I needed to stay on course. This made me feel like I was being taken care of in the deepest sense, and that Su had my back. I have relied heavily on her for support throughout my journey, and have every single time been met with warmth and compassion. Su is a remarkably compassionate and empathetic individual. Natasha’s mindfulness coaching completely changed my stress levels and particularly my inability to sleep properly in the last 10 years! I went to her after a recommendation from my sleep and fatigue specialist as she thought I needed a holistic approach to my constant rushing about and lack of concentration. Natasha saw the root of the problem which was a constantly busy mind and as she is an academic like me she could understand what I was going through. Her approach is very much “in the moment” as she sees where I am on the day and customises her mediations and teachings based on what I really need on that specific day, “in the here and now” as she says.
