I notice the progress I'm making already by working with The Healthy Vixen. I am more conscious of my food choices and when I eat. I have also prioritized movement and exercise - 'I even have goals now.' Who knew it would be this simple! I'm elated that I've lost inches because I'm down a couple dress sizes. I feel great all around.
Just thought I would let you know progress on my weight loss, I have now lost 18lbs since feb 1st. I am so pleased with myself long way to go yet but hey its working thank you so much.

At 41, I made the decision to try hypnotherapy to help me change my life. I came to Evelyn for help with my eating habits and, as a result, my life changed drastically. Kassandra coached me through a cleanse to jump start my weight loss endeavors, and I cannot say enough about her! She is very knowledgeable in her field and very capable in her coaching. Thank you Liberty for your coaching and weekly guidance these last 8 weeks. 8 pounds in 8 weeks may not sound like much but it is huge for me, especially since I wasn't really dieting. I had gained about 9lbs in the last month and I felt sad that I had lost control of my eating. I knew I wanted to be fitter and healthier, so I could identify with my own appearance. My lack of success in getting to my right size was affecting my confidence to achieve my life goals as I wasn’t the person I needed to be to achieve them. My initial concern was just how much it would cost and if I would be able to afford it. I knew the learning would be hugely valuable but I also needed to have the funds that were required as one of my recently amended strategies was around not spending what I don’t have. I’d met Fenella several years before and chose her because her personality still resonated with me so long after and her PT experience made me feel she knew what she was talking about, so I booked some sessions. The biggest learning has been to focus on doing one thing towards my goal each day. I also have the feeling that I can achieve it and be balanced without having to be extremely focused on a diet, or be a failure from being off diet. I have lost 7lbs so far. Fenella is caring and treated me with warmth instead of being tough and making me feel even more like a failure when I didn’t retain focus on my goal in the way I would like. She is very sage and sensible, giving real life achievable advice. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for some excellent guidance.

“I initially approached Fadela after hearing that she specialised in helping successful entrepreneurs deal with problems in their personal lives & especially with food & weight issues. At the time, I didn’t really think I had a problem with my personal life but I had certainly struggled with weight problems for as long as I could remember. I couldn’t understand how I could be successful in business but not apply the same discipline & success to losing weight. The first sessions with Fadela were a real eye opener. I would never have believed I was an emotional eater, but I was clearly wrong. I have lost 20kg! In 4 months, and i didn't join a gym! In December 2012, I got into a really bad car accident that, even after surgery and physical therapy, left me with chronic pain PLUS I gained a lot of weight due to my lack of mobility and emotional eating. I knew the weight was amplifying my pain and I've always been an active, fit person but I just couldn't find the motivation to get back into shape on my own, so I started working with Diantha in 2015. I was a big believer in "go big or go home," so my initial goal to get back into shape was to start going to the gym 1 hour a day, 5 days per week. Diantha was sweet and gently suggested that such a massive change all at once might be difficult to maintain but I was insistent. When I was younger, I had no problem setting and achieving big goals like this but my body had changed a lot since then and I hadn't worked out since my accident. Needless to say, when I met with Diantha the following week, I had only gone to the gym once for about 20 minutes and it was horrible. I felt completely defeated and was losing hope that I could change but Diantha didn't miss a beat. She was very comforting and told me that I could absolutely still reach my goal but I needed to start where I was at and develop a clear plan. It was difficult for me to accept that I was so out of shape but once I did, the path to my goal became so much clearer. So I modified my goal and decided that working out 5 days a week would be my long-term goal, and my first step to reaching that goal was to start walking at the same time every day for 5 minutes. I know this seems like such an easy goal but the first week I successfully completed it, I felt like I had achieved something and that felt great. Each week after, Diantha would help me build on that habit. Fast forward a year and a half and not only am I working out 5 days a week, I have lost 110lbs, experience minimal pain on a regular basis, and I am currently training for my first marathon. Diantha has been an incredible influence on my life and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I couldn't complete a diet to save my life before working with Karolina! I tried every diet under the sun and no matter what after a few days I'd have a bad day at work or have a strong craving and bam that was the end of that diet. Karolina listened to my concerns and created a tailored program not only for my goal, but with my weaknesses, and struggles in mind. She knew that I wouldn't be an easy client so she made sure to talk to me EVERYDAY for the first couple of weeks. If I slipped up she didn't make me feel ashamed or guilty. Instead, so walked through my day with me and told me where my triggers were happening that were causing me to cave into my cravings. She then worked with me to find ways of avoiding those triggers. Not all could be avoided (I had a couple of really rough days at work), but in those instances she worked through the frustrations I had and taught me how to cope in those moments since they were unavoidable. I'm proud to say I completed the Whole 30 diet and it feels amazing! Karolina was really there for me when I needed her and like a parent teach their kid to ride a bike, she slowly let go as I started to feel more in control and comfortable handling it on my own.
