Hi there, I am Zack Browne, a husband and soon to be father who came into coaching because of a love to help and see others succeed and achieve their goals. I have been coaching clients towards life, business, career and personal goals since 2015 and I know this is just the beginning.
I believe a coach's biggest role is helping the client find clarity and direction and then helping to establish plans and habits to accelerate reaching that goal. I want to celebrate that victory with you. I don't have all the answers, but I will listen intently to what you have to say, because often you have the answers all along, you just need help dusting them off. Other times, I need to learn or I need to point you towards an expert whom you can learn from.
I love taking goals and breaking them down into manageable pieces. That way we can tackle small parts one at a time. Take my top Fitness Goal, an IronMan Triathlon for example, that's 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and 26.2 miles of running. But I don't need to worry about ALL of that right now, my training goal for right now is small and specific, increase from being able to swim 0.25 miles to 1 mile by the end of March. Half of achieving a goal is the planning, the other half is maintaining the right mindset to execute the plan.
"The two most powerful forces in the world are momentum, and a lack of it"
I love this quote because it is so true in physics and in our lives. It is so difficult to start something new, but it is equally hard to quit something we do all the time. This is why I love to work with habits. Habits are a great way to take advantage of your "programmable" responses to your day. No, not responding to other people, but the routine things you do like your morning and evening routines, driving your car and even what you do when you check your phone.
I don't want to waste anyone's time, which is why I have previously "graduated" coaching clients in the past as I connected them to an expert coach who could take them to the next level in their specific focus area.
My ongoing learning focuses in personal development:
