Rainer is an executive coach who brings together corporate and business experience, scientific coaching methodologies and well-being strategies to help leaders achieve what they really want at work and in life. This combined focus creates effective leaders, faster results and thriving organizations. He has 25 years of professional corporate and business experience, including HR, project management, executive coaching and leadership development. Rainer studied information technology and worked in different positions at IBM, including Human Resources, Global Procurement and Business Transformation Outsourcing. Rainer is a certified coach by Erickson Coaching International and the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, he holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and applies his expertise in transformative leadership, mindfulness, solution-focused coaching, GROW coaching and Zurich Resource Model to his coaching practice. Rainer coaches internationally in English and German language.

I am a man living the life I always wanted. I apend my time managing my companies TatioBath and Coaching Spirale Chile, also getting gigs in Berlin for my hobby as a musician. I graduated from Harvard High School, Illinois USA and then studied engineer in Santiago Chile. I love supporting people on achiving thier goals and manifesting their own reality in a conscious way.
