Master's degree in Social Work (University of Chicago.
Experience working with clients in the capacity of a therapist and a coach.
I am actually a trained social worker with an MSW, but I believe I have found coaching to be the best way to make use of those skills I learned. So much of our stress is caused by what we think our lives should look like, and also from both the fear of changing and the fear of staying the same.
I have come to believe that many of my clients had it within themselves to heal, and a large part of the role I played was to help motivate them, cheer them on, and hold them accountable.
It is important to me that clients be able to access help. I believe online coaching is an excellent way to help people in a way that meets the clients where they are.
I'd love to help you reach your goals and be here to listen and motivate you through this constantly surprising life.
