My husband died suddenly and I was struggling with grief and feeling overwhelmed with being a single mother while facing financial challenges. Dr. Kramer helped me to work through the grief while at the same time setting goals and taking steps to address finances, helping my children cope, dealing with loneliness. I never thought I could be happy again, but I am. I am more confident, independent and in control of my life.
When working with Dean I really feel deeply listened to. I leave the coaching sessions with a sense of wonder, awe, and a deeper sense of self after being heard so intently!! Its literally life changing to work with someone who helps facilitate a blossoming of my higher more capable self.

Jeanie Cisco-Meth is an amazing speaking coach. I just finished 3 sessions of coaching with her and I feel really confident in my speaking skills now. She always starts with having me list what I did right, which sets the tone for success and positivity. With her extremely helpful critiques of my speech which I record while practicing and send to her, I was able to confidently compete in a speak-off for my first time speaking ever - and I won! I highly recommend Jeanie for anyone who wants to develop and improve their speaking skills quickly and confidently!

Right away I felt so good. The negativity had left me. It was like the icing on the cake. Because I have been working now on myself for years and this was the last bit I needed to move myself forward and rid myself of negativity. I really felt in power of my life.

When working with me, I would like you to know the differences between a life coach and a licensed therapist. Therapists, whether classified as psychologists or counselors, have varying masters and doctorate degrees and are licensed by their state. With psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, licensed professionals focus on the long-term and work on ways to understand your thoughts, moods, and behaviors. Life coaches, on the other hand, are unlike therapists, there are no degree requirements or licensing. Life coaches aim to motivate, offer emotional support and create confidence in their clients. I take great pride in helping others obtain their life goals in my practice reach.

When I first contacted Steve Wrigley, I was struggling in a number of areas of my life. My biggest challenge was that I had just lost a big client, which for years had been my primary source of income. Additionally, I was also struggling with serious career burnout, family relationship challenges, anxiety, and some depression. I was also facing the stark reality that I would have to end my ten years of running my own company and return to full-time work, working for someone else. And I didn’t have the tools to cope and recover. I was drowning. I decided to get some professional career coaching since that aspect of my life was at the root of my struggles. I called Steve and found him personable, a good listener, knowledgeable, and eager to help, so I decided to proceed. Long story short, he was amazing. We met weekly over a period of a few months and he was an incredible resource to get my life back on track. His breadth of experience was actually an asset, not a liability. For example, it was a principle in a marriage book that he recommended that unlocked a huge breakthrough in my perplexing career struggles. His expertise in midlife crisis was also a huge help.
