Scientific studies show that coaching is a great investment. It increases life satisfaction and professional success and improves relationships.

The Journal of Positive Psychology found that coaching has positive effects on the outcomes of performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes and goal-directed self-regulation.

Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

"Ramon is a rock star. He quickly threw me a curve ball that was spot on. He clearly understood and articulated the issues and the best approach. One of the best coaching sessions I have ever had."

I was devastated when I was down-sized from my prestigious organization - and only a month before my full retirement. I could barely get out of bed. It was Tom whose listening and feedback helped me process through this shock and emerge the better. Finding a strong position at my age was not something I thought was going to happen - but it did. Thanks in large part to Tom

I am not a young person anymore, I must say, as I retired from a very busy and successful working life. Nevertheless, I liked to think I was in a quite good physical and mental condition, specially compared with some friends of mine, all about my age. But I was not satisfied in the comfort of that comparison and not resigned with certain subtle feelings about myself that became stronger every day. So I shared those thoughts with Paula and she designed for me a truly personal and holistic program, after a deep knowledge of my daily behaviours, including regular activities I have nowadays, what I usually eat, how and when, but also taking into consideration my preferences, what I like to do and eat, what I reject and why. This “tailored made” program matches with my profound belief that there is not a recipe for everyone to improve or change habits, behaviours or solve personal discomfort of any kind. We are not all the same. And that is the reason I follow Paula´s coaching with less effort and saw very quick results. Those results are materialised every day (lost weight, regained energy and mental clarity, incorporated healthy changes) and I am encouraged to follow her coaching, as now I know there is no age or personal situation that prevent us to be more satisfied with ourselves.

After a life of labor, everyone deserves to enjoy some downtime.

Planning for retirement is a tricky process. Workers are always concerned about making sure they have enough funds to retire on, but there are also questions about how to manage retirement after it has begun.

Retirement coaching can provide assistance with this complex process. Those who are nearing the end of their time in the workforce may need help arranging retirement funds, or they may be curious about how to spend their time and remain productive when they’re no longer working.

Everyone has their own financial needs and work history. That said, retirement is a process that depends on the individual. Trying to plan out this important time without help can lead to confusion and mistakes. No one should have to deal with this when they’re stepping away from the workforce after years of dedication. Coaches ensure workers can get help easing into retirement.

It doesn’t matter how long a person has been in the workforce or how old they are when pursuing retirement. Coaches can help people from all walks of life.

No matter what type of need a person has regarding their retirement, professional coaching can make this process go much more smoothly.

What I most appreciated about working with Lynn Saboe was her ability to listen and effectively challenge me to develop executable plans that fit my style and experience, and to implement these plans in just two months. Thanks to her support, the quality and speed of my transition was substantially enhanced.

Zsofia Juhasz is an accomplished coach, who uses powerful questions to help her client move forward. She is empathetic without being soft, she is strong without being tough. She is also adept at listening for changes in energy levels, and celebrating when she hears a positive change. Adept at using imagery to help reframe perspectives, and visualisation to create positive goals, she skillfully guides her client to the end goal. I highly recommend her services.
