Evelyn provided a number of self help techniques and tools by using time lines of my life from the earliest times that I could remember. By working one-on-one with Evelyn and following her advice with her life skills techniques, and listening to tapes she sent me I was able to become one with myself. The focus was to use the techniques that helped me understand what happened to me and to actually see and feel the pain that I was suffering from. I had a 6 hour back surgery scheduled. The surgery was a great success. I was back to work in 4 weeks. It's been over a year and I have been pain free.
