Also, ongoing coaching is more effective than a one-time intervention. A study showed that while group training with managers increased their productivity by 22%, including a one-on-one, eight-week coaching session for the managers pushed up productivity by 88%.

Every cent I have spent was more than worth with her. I think I have never in my life spent my money wiser, knowing what impact she has on my life and the life of my family. Latrice is who you need to see before you give up! I moved here from California and started questioning rather i should move back or not, things had gotten so hard from me; I'm a license cosmetologist but was not receiving any clients and to top it off I had just gotten married and was having relationship problems.
