I've changed coaches 3 times so far beginning last year. This year by chance, I found Rosita and she has helped me in so many ways in such a short time. My girlfriend and I have tried couple's counseling as well as relationship life coaches. None of which we were satisfied with. Rosita is able to look at a number of perspectives and understand where each person is coming from. She was able to make me understand my partner all while teaching me how to maintain my voice for the things I wanted to see in my relationship and vice versa for my partner. She taught me that compromise is not giving in and that it is ok to not be in control of every single thing in my relationship. She taught my partner how to be patient with me and how to give the things she wants to receive. We are happier now than we have been in a long time. She is our life coach, but her style is so laid back, relaxing, and understanding that she feels like a friend.

Before my coaching, I was stuck in the past. I'd struggled to deal with the impact of abuse and didn't know how to stop it affecting my life.
