In practice sessions I play really well. I win all the points and hit the ball at the sweet spot but the moment I land on the tennis court I feel the uneasy butterfly moments. I must have beaten this guys hundred times in practice but in a competition I am completely not me. I wouldn‘t have eaten well, I can‘t think straight, I throw away points, I don‘t hit my favorite shots and looked like an amateur. SISOSU was a miracle happen to me. I am now highly competitive. I am cool both on and off the court. I feel excited every time I step on the court to compete. I look forward to top the under 16 local tournaments soon.

Latrice is who you need to see before you give up! I really enjoy my weekly sessions with Jennifer. When I first started working with her, I was feeling frustrated by a lack of productivity and organization in my day, as well as a general sense of being overwhelmed by stress. I unloaded all of it onto her during our first call, and she took the trouble to wade through it and figure out what things needed to be addressed first. Bit by bit, she has helped me set small, actionable goals, getting into a routine that is working for me. It doesn't seem like much in the moment, but looking back over the past five weeks or so, I see that I am now doing things that I have struggled to do for years—from waking up earlier and getting more done in my day, and putting my phone away before bed, to feeling good about getting an hour's worth of chores done, and generally having a better handle on things and having more of a social life, instead of procrastinating because a task seems too huge. She has helped me work through whatever setbacks I might have had during the week and helped me figure out what I can be learning from it and how to improve for the next time. Before I began my coaching program with Devora Gila, I was feeling stressed, frustrated, anxious, and very tired. I was very unsure how to get more work/life balance and I was drained at the end of the work day without any energy to take care of myself and family. I knew I would have a total meltdown and crash from exhaustion because of the pressure and stress that had built up. I am able to recognize when I am overworking and stressing, then take pause and stop in order to try and remedy the situation. Now my daughter goes happily to day care and stays with a babysitter weekly when my husband and I go out to spend time with each other.
